Alyssa Simon is a Finance Manager at Building America, CDE and the HIT. In her capacity at Building America, she assists the Director of Finance with asset management efforts including tracking the financial aspects of each deal post-closing. She prepares loan servicing invoices in accordance with financial projections, monitors interest and fee payments, initiates distributions, reconciles bank accounts, and maintains the appropriate books and records for each sub-CDE. Ms. Simon also monitors the HIT’s portfolio of nearly 1,000 assets for trade activity, construction draws, and monthly interest income and payments. She is also responsible for regulatory reporting and audit matters.

Ms. Simon has 14 years of experience in finance and operations with the HIT and Building America, as well as additional experience with Deloitte and Touche and Morgan Stanley. Ms. Simon holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
