Corey Glassman

Corey Glassman is an integral part of the investment and finance teams at Building America CDE. Mr. Glassman focuses on project review, selection and underwriting and also assists with loan servicing and asset management. Additionally, Mr. Glassman serves as a Senior Valuation Analyst for Building America’s parent entity, the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust (HIT), where he is responsible for the valuation of the Trust’s 900+ portfolio holdings.

Prior to joining Building America and the AFL-CIO HIT in June 2023, Mr. Glassman was an Audit Senior Associate with Ernst & Young in Tysons, VA in the Public Sector and the Financial Services practices. Mr. Glassman holds both a Bachelors and Master’s in Accountancy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
